We made booking through viator and we had no complications. Nice experience and friendly stuff. We arrived early and they managed to squeeze us earlier than the time we booked. The bikes are also easy to operate.

Riding with Quad bikes on dunes is definitely an experience. Expect a lot of riders. Depending on your group, you will have different "levels". Guides are trying to make it a good ride for everyone. Do not expect to go "off-road". You stay in line, but it's nevertheless a 5* tour.

I really enjoyed the quad biking however I did not do bumper balls and i paid for both which is R1900 for two,When I realised that I was overcharged I tried to contact the person responsible, he promised to refund me but now he is not taking my calls or responding to my messages. Apologies for using this platform but i I need help, How do I get my money back.
