Absolutely brilliant experience. Freezing cold but seeing the seals more than made up for it. The guides were all hugely friendly too. Genuinely one of the best things I’ve done.

Wow this was an amazing experience. The guides were super knowledgeable and very helpful. The boat ride was very pretty and short to an island with over 4000 seals. You get to spend an hour in the water and its worth it. The seals are very playful and will tug on your fin to get you to play. They also will spin in the water if you spin and surf in the waves. Also, the staff was super helpful when i started to feel a little sea sick. I highly recommend as this was one of the coolest experiences.

We booked our seal snorkeling experience one day in advance. A friend of us recommended the tour and she was right; the tour was amazing! Despite the fact that the animals are wild, you can get as close as you want to. Swimming with the animals was absolutely wonderful but I am writing this review due to the absolutely outstanding service and kindness of the crew. The crew was very professional but in an informal and fun way. The wetsuits were of good quality (we did not get cold at all) and also the goggles and snorkels were perfect. At the end of the trip one of us accidentally dropped the GoPro in the ocean. After numerous attempts of the crew (without diving gear) we headed back to the Harbour. Once we arrived in the Harbour the crew provided us with hot chocolate and helped to take our wetsuits of. At the same time the diving gear was loaded on to the boat and two of the crew members went back to the ocean to search for the GoPro camera. After an hour we received a phone call that they founded the camera. They even brought it to our holiday house in Constantia!!! A perfect activity to do while you are in Capetown and I would definitely recommend you to book it at Bucket List seal snorkeling. Thanks for an amazing experience guys!
The best snorkelling experience

If you are planning to go snorkelling with seals you must go with them! Extremely professional and experienced crew. Knowledgeable and helpful. The boat captain told us so much about seals.
Great equipment, easy boat ride. Waters could get choppy though but its a short ride. They have Tony as the life guard in the water for you and I have to say I haven’t seen this level of safety for snorkelling before. You can tell they take it very seriously.
Water can be cold but trust me you won’t even notice it when you are surrounded by hundreds of seals trying to play with you. They also have warm water ready on the boat and if you get cold just ask for some to be poured into your wetsuit (THE BEST FEELING EVER)
Hot shower, delicious hot chocolate and biscuits after the trip

Watching the seals from an underwater perspective was an incredible experience! The boat ride back to/from the harbour was also beautiful
