Join us on a fun-filled day and embark on a Cape of Good Hope/Cape Point private tour including the colorful houses in the Bo Kaap, cable car ride up and down Table Mountain, scenic drive along Chapman's Peak and a visit to Boulder's Penguins colony from Cape Town.
Pick up at your accommodation in Cape Town and set off on a drive-by city tour to see the historical monuments and buildings in the city center. This will afford you a better understanding of the rest of the tour day.
30 min - Then we will stop in the Bo-Kaap (Cape Malay Quarter) for a photo opportunity with the colorful houses. Your tour guide will explain to you what is the significance of the brightly colored houses in the Bo-Kaap. Please be sure to remain close to your tour guide at all times and keep your belongings with you.
2 hr - Guided tour at the top of Table Mountain. Your tour guide driver will escort you to the top of the mountain to give you a guided tour. Please take note that this attraction is weather depending. Please note that Table Mountain cable car tickets are not included in our tour price. Clients are required to purchase their own Table Mountain tickets to prevent delays at the entrance. In this way, you will skip the ticketing queue but there is still a queue during busy periods to board the cable car.
20 min - A photo opportunity will be on the program along one of the most scenic drives in the world. Chapman's peak is one of the tourist attractions not to be missed en route to the Cape of Good hope. We will stop at the viewpoint to take these spectacular photos.
1 hr - Stop for a viewing of the African penguins. For many of our Guests, Boulders beach also known as home to African Penguins is the highlight of this tour. Therefore, we will allow you enough time to discover the main colony. You may even find yourself walking alongside one of these enchanting creatures on the boardwalk.
2 hr - From here, we will drive straight to the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve, where we will explore the Dias and Vasco Da Gama crosses. Cape of Good Hope is where the two ocean currents meet and is the most west southern part of Africa. Cape Point is also known as the meeting place of the cold Benguela and the warm Agulhas currents.

Our guide Mark, seemed to go that extra mile, to give us all the information we needed. His help when I left my wallet back the hotel, I can’t believe I did it, but thank him enough, for paying to get in to a couple of places. On our return I gave him the money owed and a bit extra.
