I loved the safari, both days, but even more I loved the views of SA and the info provided. This guy is a real asset to the company, extremely switched on!
Request this guy and get a great insight into an amazing country, as well as an excellent safari experience
Minor gripe-having to pay for some meals is kind of annoying, I would have preferred pay a little more at the start and not have to take my wallet out. But this is minor.
In fact, we have been victims of a scam prior and were suspicious to book and inquire through TripAdvisor.
Anyways…Tammy Lee from Hotspots2c and our guide Denver were the cherries on top of our weekend exploration! We wanted to highlight the great caring and professionalism that this agency has put into their processes. Tammy Lee accompanied us from proposing to settling the transactions and was extremely reliable. Denver is such a gem with so much knowledge and experience. A truly customer oriented and human centered company that not only cares for their only employees but also for their guests and ecosystem.
It has been a wonderful experience to interact with hotspots2c and to share this experience with everyone who is looking for a wonderful agency and partner in SA!
Btw…I am not getting paid or gratified for this review. My feedback is based on my personal experience with hotspots2c.
However, the only small damper was the accommodation: don’t expect to sleep in the reserve with a view on the park. Also there are 3 quality of room with 3 different prices: turned out they are almost all the same. I paid for the “luxury” one and ended up having the worst room next to a busy street while other people who paid less had better rooms.
But anyways, it was globally a fantastic weekend, I would still recommend it 100%
